Q: How are these different than pull-ups?
A: Our potty training underwear stand out with their innovative 2-layer design, ensuring a unique experience for both parent and child.
Here's the breakdown:
First Layer [Leakproof]: Unlike diapers or pull-ups, this layer doesn't absorb and dry out wetness. Instead, it allows your child to feel the discomfort, aiding in their awareness. Plus, it prevents leaks, so you won't have to deal with puddles or soiled sheets.
Second Layer [Backup]: Acting as a safety net, this layer ensures that any potential leaks are contained, providing extra peace of mind.
With our Kid Confident™ Underwear, you get the best of both worlds: a comfortable, cute design for your child and a stress-free potty training experience for the whole family.
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: We are working on getting shipping times to around 2-5 days. However, we are a small family-owned business working around the clock to fulfill your orders, so currently shipping takes approximately 8-12 days
Q: What is your exchange & return policy?
A: Our exchange and return policy is covered by our Parent Promise.
If our Kid Confident™ products don't help your child progress in the potty training process within 60 days, we offer a full refund with no questions asked. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and supporting your family's potty training journey.
If you need a different size, we'll send your replacement size free of charge.
Q: Is the underwear suitable for both boys and girls?
A: Yes, the underwear is unisex, making it suitable for both boys and girls.
Q: How much liquid can they hold?
A: Our training underwear can hold up to 200ml (which usually equals 2 pees). We recommend keeping an eye on the outside of the undies. Once they're showing wetness, it's fine to keep your kiddo in them for a bit so they can feel it — but just know the next pee will probably leak because the undies are maxed out!
Q: How do I wash them?
A: Be sure to wash them with cold water and tumble dry, or even better: hang dry to prevent shrinking.
We also recommend avoiding bleach and fabric softeners because they can affect the absorbability.
